Get the answer from the right team
The organisation that issued your invoice or processed your transfer can see your account. Choose the route below and have your invoice or transaction reference ready.
Who can resolve your question?
Invoice, deadline or student account
Contact the university's payments or student accounts team through the contact details on its official website or portal. Ask them to confirm the current amount, due date, accepted method and the AUD credited to your record.
Transfer in progress or missing
Contact the bank or payment provider shown on your transaction confirmation. Give them the reference, date, amount and destination and ask for a trace or processing status. The university can then check its own ledger.
Unexpected charge or shortfall
Ask the sending provider for the applied rate and fees; ask the university for the AUD it received. Compare both records before making a second payment.
A safe way to share details
Use only the official contact channel you independently verified. Give a transaction reference and student ID when needed, but never send your full card number, password or one-time code. If bank details changed in an email, verify them in the university portal before sending funds.
About contacting EduPay
This site publishes payment information only. The chat assistant on this site answers general questions about invoices, payment routes, fees and failed or short payments — it cannot see your invoice, your bank transfer or your student account, and it cannot take a payment. For anything about a live transaction, use the verified university or payment-provider channel listed above. Never send card numbers, banking passwords or one-time codes to any chat window, including this one.
