How this site handles information
EduPay is currently an information site. Its pages explain payments; they do not collect a tuition payment or ask you to upload documents.
What you provide here
These pages have no account registration, contact form, payment checkout or document upload. You can read the guides without entering your name, student ID, bank account or card details. We do not operate an on-site student or transaction database and therefore do not retain such details from a page visit.
Technical data when you visit
As with a hosted website, a request can expose your IP address, requested page, time of visit and browser information to the hosting and network services needed to deliver the page and protect availability. The site source does not specify an independent analytics tracker or a site-managed profile. Technical logs, if kept by infrastructure providers, are subject to those providers' retention controls; this site does not publish a verified number of days for them.
Why data is used and for how long
Information supplied in a page request is used to return the page and support basic service security. Because there is no on-site form, account or checkout, EduPay keeps no visitor-submitted personal record in this site's application: its retention period for that category is zero days. Infrastructure providers may process and retain request logs under their own policies; we cannot give a reliable fixed period from the present site configuration.
Payment data is handled elsewhere
If you use a university portal, bank or payment provider, that organisation may collect identity, payer, transaction and card information under its own privacy notice. Check its notice before supplying documents or paying. EduPay's guides do not receive that information automatically.
Privacy questions
This site has no published EduPay privacy email or message form. To access or correct information held by a university, bank or payment provider, contact that organisation through its verified channel. The contact page explains how to identify the responsible team. Do not send identity or payment documents to an address you cannot verify.
