Before You Start

To pay your tuition through EduPay, you’ll need:

  • Your student ID or application reference number from your Australian university
  • The exact tuition amount in AUD (from your offer letter or invoice)
  • A payment method (bank account, credit/debit card, or local payment methods like UPI/Alipay)
  • Your passport or ID for verification

Step 1: Select Your University

Visit the Pay Now page and search for your university. We support 50+ Australian institutions including all Group of Eight universities.

Once selected, we’ll automatically pull the correct payment portal details for your institution.

Step 2: Enter Your Details

Fill in your student information:

  1. Student ID or reference number
  2. Full name (as registered with the university)
  3. Tuition amount in AUD
  4. Your home country and preferred currency

Step 3: Compare Payment Methods

EduPay shows you all available payment methods side by side with:

  • Exchange rate — the rate you’ll actually get
  • Processing fee — any platform fees
  • Estimated arrival — when the university will receive funds
  • Total cost — the final amount in your currency

Choose the option that works best for you.

Step 4: Complete Payment

Follow the secure payment flow. You’ll receive:

  • A payment confirmation immediately
  • A tracking reference to monitor status
  • An email confirmation for your records

Step 5: Track Your Payment

Use your tracking reference to check payment status at any time. Most payments reach the university within 24-48 hours.
