Terms of use

Using EduPay's payment guides

These terms describe the information available on this site and the checks you must make with the institution or payment provider before transferring money.

What this site provides

EduPay publishes general information about international tuition payments to Australian education providers. The current site does not accept, process, hold or track payments; it does not provide a live quote, a payment account or a university-specific payment instruction. Reading a guide does not create a payment service agreement.

Your institution's documents take priority

Use your own current offer, invoice, student account and university portal to confirm the exact amount in AUD, due date, accepted method, beneficiary and reference. Policies differ between providers and teaching periods. Do not rely on a guide as proof of a particular university's price, deadline or refund entitlement.

Payments and outside services

If you pay through a bank, card network or another payment provider, that provider's quoted rate, fees, identity checks, settlement process and terms govern its service. Your university determines how a payment is credited and whether it meets an enrolment condition. Verify the recipient independently before you send money. EduPay's information cannot reverse a transfer or guarantee delivery time, a saving, a refund or a Confirmation of Enrolment.

Accuracy and permitted use

We aim to explain the payment process clearly, but rates, charges and institutional rules change. You may use these pages for your own research and share links to them. Do not treat examples as a live rate or copy the site's content in a way that suggests a university endorses EduPay.

Questions and records

For an invoice or transfer, use the verified support route for the institution or provider responsible for it. The contact page explains which team can trace each stage. This site has no published EduPay transaction-support inbox, so do not send payment documents to an address you cannot verify.

Before making a transfer

Use the current official invoice and compare the total amount your university will receive.
